Bianca, of the Vegan Crunk blog, has her own cookbook! I think I just might dog ear every page, there are so many recipes I want to try! Since there is no virtual preview of Bianca’s cookbook on either amazon.com or bn.com AND because the table of contents does not offer a full recipe list under each chapter heading, I typed up all the amazing recipes for you to see!
I know it’s hard to give a factual review of this cookbook since I haven’t made anything from it yet, but I don’t purchase many cookbooks. I usually check cookbooks out of the library, xeorox the recipes I want, file them away in my recipe binder, and then return the cookbook. However, I am very glad to have purchased this book as I know, over time, I will make so many of the recipes in this cookbook. It’s a total keeper and would be an awesome addition to anyone’s cookbook stash.
And since I mentioned cookbook stash, let me tell you what titles are in my cookbook stash and are must-haves in my opinion: Quick Fix Vegan, The Vegetarian Meat and Potatoes Cookbook (vegan options for all recipes), Party Vegan, Vegan Sandwiches Save the Day, Vegan with a Vegeance, Vegan Diner, and of course, Cookin’ Crunk!
