I ♥ hot n’ sour soup. Everything in the pot…. used homemade veg stock, too! Recipe from Venturesome Vegetarian Cooking, a cookbook I checked out ages ago out of the library. Some of the ingredients you see below in the soup pot are mushrooms, cubed tofu, red pepper, and baby bok choy. There are some other yummy ingredients too!

Sprinkled some green onions on top along with several grinds of black pepper! I adore this soup! There used to be a Chinese restaurant in our town that had, hands down, the best hot and sour soup ever. They closed ages ago and I would dream about that soup. So would my hubby. But man oh man, this soup is the real deal. It is so awesome!
