All about the gravy

Sometimes it’s just all about the gravy, vegan pan gravy that is from Party Vegan.

Breaded & baked tofu, with homemade mashed potatoes and gravy.  The green beans were from a can, I was too pooped to prep and steam the broccoli.  However, I will do that tomorrow since all the green beans are gone and it’s pretty easy peasy to re-heat leftovers.

  1. You might be interested in looking through the cookbook, Herbavoracious, by Michael Natkin. I stumbled across it on my library’s New Books shelf and flipped through it. Very pretty eye candy in the form of food photos! It’s vegetarian, not vegan, but many of the non-vegan recipes could be adapted to work for you. Lots of tofu recipes. I’ve read through many vegetarian & vegan cookbooks over the years, and there were recipes in this cookbook that I’d not come across before.
