Here’s my contribution for the June Stitch Along for the New Embroidery with Vintage Patterns group. I chose the “stitcher’s choice” theme. It’s Vogart 7125 (Animated Fruit for Kitchen Towels) and was shared by mmaammbr.
All done with 2 strands of DMC floss, outline (or stem) stitch and french knots for the potato, split stitch and french knots for the mushroom cap, backstitch and straight stitch for the turnip. Backstitch and straight stitch for most other parts of the pattern.
I was able to stitch this up much quicker than usual since I was out sick from work for a few days last week. I’m all better now and will be finalizing the drafts for our NEwVP contest since they will be go live later this week!
